Connected - geek and gaming radio show
Spriteav1
Hey, this counts as being creative! Showing off stuff we make.

So every Friday, I host a radio show about geek stuff, gaming, a bit of gadgets and tech in there too on a local radio station in Lincoln, Siren FM.

It's two hours long, it's got news, silly stories, games, original nonsense and we play a bunch of music - some from games, some just cool music in the chart right now or because we like it.

This week we put together a bit of a 'best of', clips from things we've done on the show from the first 11 episodes with some great music - and you can listen to it at http://www.mixcloud.com/sirenfmconnected/connected-best-of-2012/

Lemmie know what you think and hope you enjoy.

Because of music licensing, it's not available for download, but you can listen to past episodes as well as videos and stuff on http://sirenonline.co.uk/section/shows/connected.

And first new ep for 2013 next week! I now just need to come up with things.

If you're not promoting WTF in the next episode I think a boycott will be a fair response.

Well I'd need a reason to mention it (that'd actually sound interesting on actual radio), but maybe if say, I had listeners from the website, that'd certainly justify it.

REVERSED IT ON YA

Yeah, well maybe you'd have listeners from the website if you brought your listeners to the website so they could be from it. Please do not think about what I just said but feel like I made a valid counterpoint, thank you.

Also I've been listening to this and the favicon is incredible.

Let me say, your audio mixing skills have gotten tremendously better. (I'm thinking of BGB podcast, which was already very good)

Ta! The best bit? Much of the BGB stuff got touched up with editing, this is mostly all done live on a proper mixing desk!

I'm at the Nyan cat part right now. The best thing about is is the flow, I feel like everything is very congruent and none of that "so, on to the next thing"-type transition. Good level balancing, too.
